2025 was a year that brought many changes, both big and small. It was a time filled with answered prayers, moments of deep faith, and personal growth that reshaped my outlook on life. This year, I founded The Daily Creation with a dream to create content not just for myself but for my community. Instead of overthinking every detail, I want to share the highlights, lessons, and favorite moments from this transformative year in one place.

Life Highlights of 2025
Buying My First Home
One moment I will always remember is the day I bought my house. This had been a prayer and a dream for years. Owning a home brought a deep sense of accomplishment and peace. It’s more than just a place to live; it’s a sanctuary where I can grow, create, and build memories. The process wasn’t without challenges, but every step felt like a step closer to a blessing.
Healing and Letting Go
This year, I made significant progress in healing from past hurts. Letting go of old pain is never easy. It requires relearning how to trust, how to relax both mind and body, and how to embrace freedom. With faith and grace, I experienced a new kind of freedom for the first time. This growth was uncomfortable but necessary, and I am proud of the strength it took to get here.
The Waiting Season That Changed Me
For years, I felt stuck in a waiting season, unsure when my prayers would be answered. In 2025, I was surprised by many blessings that came unexpectedly. Though I’m not completely out of the waiting phase, the weight has lifted. Hope replaced uncertainty, and that hope became one of the greatest gifts of the year.
My Favorite Things of 2025
I’m a fangirl at heart, so sharing my favorite things is one of my favorite parts of reflecting on the year. Here are some highlights from different areas of my life.
Fitness Favorites
Alive App by Whitney Simmons
This app has been a constant companion for years. It offers workouts that are both challenging and enjoyable. I appreciate how it balances strength and flexibility, making fitness feel accessible and fun.
Outdoor HIIT Workouts
Combining high-intensity interval training with fresh air and sunshine has been a game-changer. These workouts give me energy, a healthy tan, and time in the sunshine.
Books That Stood Out
The Rose Bargain by Sasha Peyton Smith
A captivating young adult fantasy that kept me hooked. It’s the kind of story that transports you to another world while exploring themes of courage and friendship.
People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry
I will read anything Emily Henry writes. This book was a perfect mix of humor, heart, and relatable characters. It reminded me of the importance of connection and taking chances.
Music Faves
BTS
Their comeback is this year! If you thought I was the annoying fan last year, you haven’t seen anything yet. I will be worse. No doubt.
Seventeen
They are cute and their music is great. 10/10
Olivia Dean
She’s the best. No notes.
Lessons Learned and Moving Forward
2025 taught me that growth often comes through discomfort. Healing requires patience and faith. Waiting does not mean nothing is happening; sometimes, it means preparation for what’s next. And sharing my journey through The Daily Creation has been a reminder that community matters.
If you are in a season of waiting or healing, remember that change is possible. Celebrate the small victories and hold on to hope. Growth is not always visible day to day, but it is happening.
Take time to reflect on your own year. What moments stand out? What lessons have shaped you? Writing them down can bring clarity and gratitude.
This year has been a mix of answered prayers, tears, and faith. It’s a reminder that life’s changes, whether big or small, shape us in ways we often don’t expect. As 2026 approaches, I look forward to new beginnings with a heart full of hope and gratitude.
